It is not an understatement to say that we could not have made our wedding vision come to life without Yvonne. She answered countless questions and emails with patience and calm. She understood our “vibe” and guided us through the process with ease. When we walked through the doors on our big day, we were both shocked at how amazing the space looked. Each detail was carefully considered and we could completely relax. Because of Yvonne, our wedding day went off without a hitch (except for my mother spilling red wine on my dress – in which case, Yvonne was right there to help me clean myself up ). I’d recommend Yvonne’s expertise for any event.

We planned our wedding from out of state, but even through just phone calls and emails we never felt like we missed a beat. Yvonne covered any and all details we would have otherwise overlooked – everything from pens for the signing book, to transportation, to assigning people tasks so there would be less pressure on us on the big day. We felt super comfortable asking her for honest feedback on our plans for our wedding. She was also super communicative with our other vendors and kept a lot of the stress off of us when arranging our day of timeline. We could truly go on and on about how Yvonne made our wedding so smooth, checked in with us throughout the process, and made every special request and vision come to life! My husband and I were fortunate enough to have Yvonne as our day-of coordinator for our wedding at The Evergreen. She was punctual, creative, and flexible throughout the entire process. And not only was she a huge support with planning and coordinating she also became a big emotional support for us. We always had faith in her capabilities and she made us feel secure and that much more excited for the big day after each planning meeting. We had a lot of vendors and needed to bring in alot of our own decorations for our wedding and Yvonne made coordinating these logistics a breeze. She was so helpful in scheduling drop off and pick up windows for everything and was on top of every detail for the ceremony and when the room was being flipped for our reception. While working with Yvonne we also learned that she spoke fluent Spanish, which was a perfect fit for us. Many of our wedding guests speak Spanish as their first language and Yvonne’s ability to communicate with them in Spanish made their experience even more special. In addition, she did all of this while she was planning her own wedding and we always felt totally taken care of. Yonne is a great wedding coordinator and a wonderful person. We would highly recommend her to any of our friends.

Yvonne did an excellent job on helping to plan and coordinate our wedding. She was very responsive throughout the planning process with answering any questions or changes to the day. She was available by email, call and text which was really convenient. Yvonne also gave her recommendations based on her expertise in the industry. Yvonne was our day of wedding coordinator for our wedding in August. It’s hard to imagine planning and executing everything without her. Honestly she did so much more than I had expected from a day of wedding coordinator. There were so many details she asked us that I had not once considered, and truly we were always thinking what would we do without her. Since she had also just got married, she really put our minds at ease about all of our nerves for the day. She is so down to earth and easy to get along with, and yet so professional and gets things done in a timely manner. There were many times during the reception she asked me if I wanted this or that to happen, and made everything incredibly easy for me. She was always very responsive with emails about little details throughout the whole planning process. My husband and I can’t speak highly enough about Yvonne, she was just the best to work with. Yvonne coordinated our wedding on 09/18/22 and played such a huge part in making it the most special day of our lives. When I say she literally paid attention to every detail, I DO NOT exaggerate. The flowers, the layout, the food, the floor plans, the centerpieces, the altar, you name it. She had it under control. I tend to have control issues when it comes to events like this/big moments in my life, but Yvonne truly made it easy to let go because I could trust her judgment. She was consistent about checking in with me, scheduling meetings, and always responded promptly to emails. But these are just the practical things. Yvonne provided so much more than just her work. She gave comfort, advice, humor, and an emotional stability to the entire wedding that was contagious. If you are smart, you will hire her! Her kindness is a wonder and her work speaks for itself.
