If you’re on the fence about needing a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, trust me, Tanya and her team are worth every penny! The extensive planning documents and timelines kept us on track and made sure we did not forget anything. Everything flowed smoothly and all of our vendors knew exactly what we wanted, when to show up, etc. Tanya was very professional, organized and able to resolve any questions or concerns we had quickly! We so appreciate all of her help and guidance over these past several months. Our wedding would not have been anywhere near as smooth and perfect without her help.

Hiring Tanya & Southern Charm was the best decision we could have made. We chose the “Day Of” package, but that is misleading because you have access to so many resources from day one. Between the customized wedding website, checklists, vendor resources, and the ability to send over individual questions either through email or phone calls our planning process was actually really fun! I am sad its over. Both myself and husband had so much fun the day of our wedding. Not one thing went wrong, and we didn’t have to make any decisions. Tanya & team already knew exactly what we wanted which allowed us to fully enjoy the day. I think that is what hiring a planner is all about. If I could leave 100 stars I would.

I worked with Tanya and Jess for my wedding and they were so helpful, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable and both so kind! they were in top of every detail for the entire wedding process to ensure the smoothest wedding day possible! Jess assisted with specifically all things wedding day and the decor setup was absolutely incredible! i gave her my items and my vision and she ran with it! Jess checked in with us all night to make sure we had everything we needed like food and drinks and keeping the schedule on time at the same time! we even had a personal connection with Jess that truly blew us away and made that particular setup with her and us meant to be and i’ll be grateful to her and souther charm events team forever for helping us with the wedding of our dreams!

Jess and Tanya with Southern Charm Events were wonderful and helped us plan an amazing wedding! We had to postpone due to the Pandemic, and they were there every step of the way to put our minds at ease and work with our other vendors to help secure a new date.
They had great local suggestions for other vendors that you think of last minute (ice, linens, etc.) and have great relationships with a lot of the key players in Jacksonville. They also have a fantastic, streamlined planning process to help couples think of all the important details.
Jess handled everything day of and thought through every scenario for us, making sure things moved smoothly. She was professional, kind and supportive and a blessing to have at our wedding!

Southern charm events was absolutely wonderful. Tanya is so sweet and is so knowledgeable about the wedding industry and gives great local vendor recommendations. Jess was our day of coordinator and she executed everything perfectly. She was so on top of every little detail which made our big day stress-free. She even helped bartend the event when the bars were getting backed up. Unfortunately we were expecting rain on our wedding day and had to get a tent in the 5 days prior to our wedding. Jess worked with our venue to find a tent and managed every last detail for us. We really feel as though she went above and beyond expectations to make sure no detail was left out and that my husband and I had everything we needed through the day and night. It was truly a magical day that could not have happened without the team at Southern Charm Events and we are forever grateful!
