Steve and Tony celebrated their wedding at the Hotel Maya in Long Beach, CA. When I met these two, I knew I had to be their photographer, it was just a perfect match. After chatting with them for maybe the first two minutes, I could tell these two love each other unconditionally and were meant to be together. I love the way they look at each other. These two are more than just super handsome, they are really nice guys that I now consider my friends. After their gorgeous ceremony in Long Beach, we spent some time near their home in downtown Los Angeles taking more photos. I had a blast with these guys and I am so excited to share this blog with all of you. Funny story… one of the main reasons we went downtown was because these two have an incredible rooftop view and planned on having some of their friends/family over to their house after the ceremony. So we were all excited to get there and take photos on this rooftop when we find out there is some major BEE swarm/ infestation on the rooftop we had planned to take photos on, and we couldn’t get up there! Well, we could have gone up there but we might have regretted it after being attacked by bees, haha! These guys were so awesome about it and we just walked around downtown and found some other fun and great spots to take some portraits. I am so incredibly happy with these photos and grateful to have met these two. Congratulations Steve and Tony! Thank you for choosing Derek Chad Photography to document your big day!
