Jessica was the ABSOLUTE BEST! I was planning my wedding from across the country, which can be stressful, but Jessica was always there to answer any of my questions or give recommendations or advice. She knows everyone in the wedding business in Coeur d’Alene and everyone adores her, speaks so highly of her, and loves working with her. She went above and beyond for us. I don’t even want to list all of the things she did for us, because I don’t want her to be held by every client to do EVERYTHING she did for us, again. However here are some of the things that were life saving: helped us find a babysitter for my nephews and niece for all of our wedding events, picked up all of our wedding decor from my grandmas house, picked up big stands from a rental company that we couldn’t, set up our candy bar, put boxes of props under each table for our “la hora loca”. She’s also so on top of everything day of. She’s calm and she’s real and ready to make game time decisions and adjust on the drop of a dime. I was already obsessed with her after our first call but everyone was raving about her by the end of the night, my family, my wedding party, my friends, everyone! And they actually are still talking about how amazing she was! We love her and always will! She made our wedding day perfect!!!

This wedding vendor review has taken us the longest to write because it’s difficult to fully articulate how grateful we are to have hired Jessica English as our wedding planner. Our wedding planning process was incredibly smooth under Jessica’s lead despite a cancelled venue 99 days before our wedding, a 200+ guest count on a private property, and multiple little details I dreamed up. Jessica handled every challenge hurdled at her with grace and confidence. As if that wasn’t enough, it absolutely POURED rain on our 100% outdoor wedding ceremony and reception. Jessica is too professional to tell us this, but I would argue that our wedding was objectively one of the most hellacious weddings she could ever plan and manage. We will never fully comprehend how she pivoted through every soaked linen, massive puddle, and timeline change without us even knowing. She just took care of it, kept us informed, and let us be present to enjoy our day. Her vendor recommendations were all excellent. She went above and beyond to make our day special, and we are forever grateful. We know we couldn’t have pulled this wedding off without her dedication, resilience, quick thinking, and straight up hard work. We love you, Jessica!! Thank you!

Robyn helped make our wedding day perfect! We live out of town, but she made the whole process seamless and worked around our limited travel schedule to the area. She worked with our vendors to ensure timelines/deliveries were met, and ultimately the design turned out great. We also had a lot of last minute changes with our guest list and reception room arrangement and she was able to roll with everything and kept the stress off of us. We highly recommend her to anyone planning their wedding!

Well, the answer is pretty simple. Find a great wedding planner. And Robyn is the BEST! I am beyond thankful and feel so fortunate/blessed for Robyn at Red Letter Event Planning. Robyn was by far THE BEST decision we made when planning our wedding. She was absolutely amazing from our very first meeting to even now. In our first meeting she walked us step by step through everything we needed to know and how it would be carried out. We walked out of there excited, confident and with a lot of our questions answered. Robyn took care of absolutely EVERYTHING from that moment on! She took our “dream wedding” Pinterest board and turned it into our reality!
She made planning a wedding joyful and exciting instead of stressful at all. Robyn made us feel completely confident from the very beginning everything would go smoothly and without a hitch. And boy, she did just that! She is organized, connected with every single vendor in the industry/community, creative, professional, kind and sweet. She is absolutely incredible to work with and a bride-to-be’s dream come true. On the day of the wedding, she ensured that we were all able to be present and enjoy/appreciate every single moment.
