Reflecting on our wedding day and the important role Nancy played throughout. The week leading up to the wedding I was an actual mess. The stress of final details and coordination of vendors made me lose sleep- until Nancy reassured me and took over communication/organization. Nancy was a major advocate for my husband and I relaying her immense knowledge and experience to ensure our wedding would play out efficiently. On the actual wedding day Nancy and her assistant Debbie made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible and continuously made sure all of our needs were met! THANK YOU for all you ladies do & truly loving love.

Nancy-from the very first email we shared, we had an overwhelming sense of calmness with you and we knew we had to have you as the head of our wedding day team. Thank you for making our big day stress-free and helping out with everything and anything under the sun. Your attention to every detail and checking on family members throughout the day was so kind and heartfelt. If anything popped up that could be remotely stressful, our first thought was, “it’s okay, we have Nancy!” Ultimately We were able to stay focused on each other which is the greatest gift we could ever ask for. You went above and beyond checking in with us consistently to make sure we didn’t need anything. you were on top of everything. It was so reassuring to have you and your daughter on our side. Nancy was exceptional. She kept things on time and ensured it was gonna be a great day. She made sure my daughter(Bride) had everything she needed before and during the wedding. My other daughter is getting married in April and I could not imagine doing it without Nancy and her team. I would highly recommend her services.

Nancy and her team were a dream to work with. It gave us such a sense of relief not having to worry about anything the day of our wedding with Nancy in charge. All of our loved ones are saying our wedding was “perfection” and Nancy and her team were a big part of that. They were extremely communicative and quick to respond throughout the planning process, and were especially thoughtful during the actual event—they went out of their way to make sure everything was just right, and did so with a smile.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Nancy is. We hired Nancy after our first wedding planner failed to follow through on major commitments to us. Before we even contracted with Nancy, she was willing to hop on a phone call with me to answer all of my questions and concerns, and alleviate the anxieties I had over our first wedding planner leading us astray. Throughout the planning process, Nancy was available to us when we needed her and happy to promptly answer any questions I had. On the day of our wedding, we had an abnormal amount of things go wrong with other vendors as well as rain on our wedding day, forcing us into a backup plan. Nancy advocated for us to have an alternate outdoor location under a tent at our venue instead of our indoor backup, and this made such a huge difference in our night. She also was there to address all of the other little hiccups that came up and made the night so much easier, despite the disappointments that were out of our/her control. In addition to being the best planner you will ever find, Nancy is honestly just an incredibly good human and it shows in her compassion for people and the work she does. We were so lucky to have found her and had her be a part of our special day.

Nancy Cotto is so amazing I struggle with where to begin. Nancy is a perfectionist with years of wedding planning experience. She couples that with a huge heart and a passion for making your day the perfect day. She has a special relationship with every vendor. Every time I spoke to one, I got the same response. “Oh, you’re working with Nancy?! She’s amazing!” They were right. She gave us wise counsel on everything from our amazing band (Brett Foreman Band) to how we should display table numbers and everything in between. She’s responsive, kind and a direct coach when you need one. Our day was a perfect celebration of joy and love that we’ll remember for a lifetime. Nancy was a huge part of that and we’ll forever be grateful to have worked with her. If you’re looking for an amazing planner or day of coordinator, don’t hesitate. She’s the best! Thank you Nancy!
