I cannot say enough great things about Kelly Kennedy! We chose her partial planning wedding package, and it was the BEST decision we made throughout our planning journey. We felt so lost/uncertain/stressed about wedding planning after we got engaged, but Kelly gave us the resources, tools, and expert assistance to get us right on track! Her experience in event planning is invaluable, and the relationships she has built with local vendors in the community helped us greatly. Kelly was very engaged and organized throughout our pre-wedding meetings, and is also just a warm, friendly, and kind person. She was mindful of our unique vision and helped us execute every detail to full potential. She created a wedding timeline (down to the minute!) that ensured our day flowed seamlessly without any confusion or stress. When the wedding day arrived, I felt so calm knowing Kelly was there to oversee everything and handle any issues that arose. She set up everything for our cocktail hour and reception so that we could relax and enjoy the entire wedding day. My favorite moment with Kelly was when my husband and I walked back to the reception area before the guests arrived to get a “first look” of the decorated area. I was blown away with how beautiful everything looked, and stunned to see how our vision was brought to life. I knew Kelly worked so hard putting it all together, and she is someone who puts her whole heart into everything she does. Many hugs and happy tears in that moment! There wasn’t a moment where I saw Kelly sitting down that whole day, whether she was resolving issues, checking on us and our family members, or directing the flow of the evening – she was on it. We can’t thank her enough and highly recommend her to any couple looking for a wedding or event planner!!

We worked with Kelly Kennedy Weddings and Events to plan our December 2022 wedding at Sunken Gardens and could not have made a better choice! We chose the partial planning package as I already had a few of my major vendors booked and needed help bringing everything together and executing my vision. Kelly and her team really went above and beyond any expectations I had. From the very beginning Kelly was extremely responsive with all of the many questions that I had. She provided multiple resources for vendors that I was still searching for, and help provide input on all of the small details I hadn’t even thought about! The Aisle Planner website included with my planning package was also extremely helpful! I was able to go through and check off all of the things I had accomplished and see everything else that still needed to be done. I allowed me to keep track of all my payments that were due to vendors and see photos of all of my design choices that were made. The month leading up to the wedding when all of the vendors began reaching out regarding final details (which can get overwhelming!) Kelly and her team took over communication with my vendors regarding all the details and scheduing which took a huge weight off of my shoulders!! For the day of the wedding Kelly worked with me to develop a very detailed timeline which was so helpful in helping me feel stress free and made the day go flawlessly! We could not think of one thing that went wrong with our wedding day! Kelly and her team were so organized and helpful. Hiring Kelly to help plan our special day is one of the best decisions we could have made!

I hired Kelly to help coordinate a 50th surprise birthday party for my husband. She was super helpful in making recommendations, keeping things organized up to the day of the event. I am especially grateful for her onsite coordination on the day of the event. I hired Kelly Kennedy to help with my daughter’s bat mitzvah and Leah worked with me for the month leading up to the event. She was A PLEASURE to work with and quickly became like a close friend as we texted or called back and forth. Leah is super organized, a problem-solver, and extremely detail oriented. She took the lead on many aspects and reminded me of little details that I may otherwise would have forgotten. I hired Kelly for day of coordination, her Wedding Management package. She FAR exceeded my expectations. She was the most helpful person hands down that I dealt with throughout the entire wedding planning process. Kelly is kind, organized, creative, and easy to work with. Anytime an issue arose, I didn’t even stress about it or give it a second thought because I knew Kelly had my back! The things that would’ve been stressful on a wedding day were completely forgotten with Kelly at the helm. She dealt with a planning meeting with my 6 year old child in attendance who was home sick from school, family members who were sitting in the middle of her reception set up when they were supposed to be at cocktail hour, bugs on the cake frosting at the reception, and a thousands questions from us throughout the process without ever blinking an eye. Kelly and her team are absolutely fantastic. Look no further for a wedding planner. Kelly is everything you need: detail oriented, professional, timely, organized, courteous, understanding; and on top of that is also kind, funny, and an absolute treasure to work with. I cannot recommend her enough. She made my wedding (and obviously more importantly my mothers dream wedding….) come to life! It was truly spectacular. If you are looking for a wedding planner just stop now and hire kelly! She is worth every penny.

Kelly and her team were absolutely amazing from the moment we contacted her to the end of the wedding day. We selected her partial planning option as we were able to contact people and DIY our wedding stuff but really wanted help with the day of coordination, vendor management and creation of a timeline. We got all this and more with that package! Kelly also helped us to stay within budget and came to a couple vendor consultations too! She took all my ideas and made them mesh beautifully into something we were able to DIY at home. On top of all this Kelly set up my entire wedding the day of. I was able to spend the morning with my mom and family, enjoying my wedding day with them instead of worrying about how everything was going to look and what needed to get done. I trusted her completely and the end result was gorgeous. Kelly and her team made my dream wedding happen, the day was flawless and no guest even knew if there was a minor hiccup.
