Poor service! Poor communication! Needs to be more innovative. Needs to develop better decisions making skills. Needs to better understand the clients real needs and communicate if you can’t deliver. Needs to be more organized with setting meeting etc… Follow-up needs to be developed. Please consider seeking a more assistance to better build your brand. I will NEVER use this service again!

Sandy was a blessing to work with! Not just because of her welcoming spirit and personality but because she is my cousin. 🙂 ..now I know what you’re probably thinking, how was working with a family member and planning a wedding? It’s an experience that you both won’t forget. It was easier because Sandy knew me and she knew me and my husband’s vision; and she didn’t let anyone get in the way of that vision. Also, she’s my big cousin. Therefore, memories were made that we will remember for a lifetime. Sandy was also at every bridal fitting with me asking all the questions that I didn’t know or think to ask. She went above and beyond to help us find the right caterer for the right price. Weddings can be very expensive. Once we communicated our budget with Sandy, she made sure that we didn’t go over that budget as well. If we were going over budget a little she would suggest alternatives, which was very helpful. Sandy was very thorough in her meetings. As time got closer to our wedding date, we were talking pretty much every other day or at least twice a week to make sure all of our I’s were dotted and T’s were crossed. The week of the wedding she sends out text message alerts to everyone in the bridal party. This was great because it kept everyone on track. With this timeline in place the day of the wedding ran seamlessly. The only hiccup was that we started 10mins late. Once the wedding got going, who remembers that? At least we didn’t. We were too busy having fun with friends and family and celebrating our love. I highly recommend Sandy, not just because she is my cousin, but because she loves what she does, and cares about the people she is helping plan the most memorable day of their lives. It’s shows. I was looking for a venue to host my 50th birthday celebration. I reached out to Sandy to help me find The perfect venue. I am a stickler for customer service and professionalism. I have to say that Sandy exceeded my expectations. She is very thorough and her follow-through is on point. I would highly recommend imperial events to everyone seeking this service.

Sandy Bell was fired 38 days before my wedding. She is a nice person but a lackluster wedding planner. She is very unprofessional (brought her children to multiple meetings and was late to majority of meetings). She does not address the details (my new planner addressed stationary, chargers and flat wear. She communicated a wedding cake change to the baker that Sandy claimed she had done. She secured my soloist, which Sandy could not seem to do. She completely redid my florals and wedding decor which Sandy barely assisted me with-she had her baby at that particular meeting and excused herself multiple times). I paid for partial wedding planning and she is cheaper than other planners (interviewed several after firing her) but you get what you pay for. I asked for a refund of the 50% I paid to secure her services and she would not give my money back, so I ended up paying Sandy and the actual planner who “planned” my wedding. On a positive note, Sandy suggested my florist, baker and DJ, whom were all great!
