These two chose a dinosaur theme wedding at the Oxford Exchange as their romantic backdrop for their wedding day! We were so excited about their love story and they way the incorporated their personalities into their amazing decor! We just had so show these off!
Clara and Eileen met at USF. Clara decided to be an intern in the office Eileen worked in… they worked closely together on projects and hit it off right away. They decided that their general distrust/dislike of tomatoes, and love of coffee and cheese made them soul mates. A few years went by, and they were still good friends. They even travelled together. Then life threw both of them a curve ball, but it ended up being the best thing for both of them! After some more time went by, Clara and Eileen went to Disney to celebrate Eileen’s Birthday.
Plot twist- Clara decided to move back to Chicago. However, she realized that she truly missed Tampa, and found herself missing Eileen a lot more than she thought. Eileen was naturally shocked that she started to have feelings for her awkward soul mate. Clara eventually moved back to Tampa and the two started spending more and more time together.
After a while, things started to get serious. Eileen totally fell for Clara and the two decided to move in together. They now have a house full of four dogs, a turtle and a Side Dish (brother). Clara wanted to ask Eileen a very important question, however she couldn’t think of just one way to do it. Clara had to ease Eileen into the commitment, so she decided to get three separate engagement rings to ask her three different times. First, at the Ed Sheran concert when he played their song “Thinking Out Loud” (Clara got the ring stuck in her pocket and panicked). Second, when they moved in together, Clara wrapped an obscene amount of boxes and had another ring in the middle. And finally, the third (the big one)…On November 22, 2015 Clara was a nervous wreck.
The two went to breakfast at one of their favorite restaurants, Oxford Exchange. Clara managed to clear people out of the bookstore (Eileen is weak for books), put a book on the shelf that she illustrated and printed about their lives… to help her ask Eileen the big question. When Eileen saw the book, naturally she melted and said \’YES\’! As the two went in the restaurant for breakfast, all of their friends were waiting to surprise Eileen and celebrate with the couple.
A little over a year later, they will be getting married at Oxford Exchange and they can\’t wait to celebrate with even more friends and family!
