As a professional pianist who plays lots of weddings, Tara and her team at Blue Stone are easily the top planners I work with.
Tara is such an organized planner. For each event, I receive a detailed Google Doc with the timeline of the event, which gives everyone confidence that the event will go smoothly and they will know where to be at what time. She is also a very clear communicator, a calm presence during hectic wedding days, and so easy to work with! She even goes above and beyond, such as having one of her team members meet me when I arrive at a wedding to show me around.
All this to say, I very strongly recommend Tara and Blue Stone Events and always look forward to working with them!

Tara & Blue Stone Events made our wedding day beyond perfect. She preempted many of the challenges we couldn’t have foreseen and made the communication, organization and execution absolutely effortless. What we really loved about Tara is not only her faithfulness to the process, but the continued flexibility she demonstrated as our wedding plan morphed over time. She was a consistent go-between with our vendors, and our day wouldn’t have been half as perfect or stress-free without her beside us every step of the way. She has a network of great vendor referrals but will never take it personally if you decide to go another direction. Tara is truly 100% on YOUR side.
Our setup and teardown was executed flawlessly and the woman was basically a ghost during the event itself, floating around and ensuring things went smoothly, but never once being obtrusive.
We have only love and adoration in our hearts for Tara and crew. We paid her for her services but she’s worth (double) her weight in gold, and definitely did not pay her enough. We’re fortunate to have come out on the other end of what (we hear) is a very stressful process with a phenomenal new friend. Thank you again for everything Tara!

Tara did a phenomenal job as our wedding coordinator for our August 2022 wedding at PAIKKA. We were on a budget and planned our wedding our selves, but Tara was crucial in making sure we didn’t forget anything and in pulling off the day itself seamlessly. Because we could use any vendors with PAIKKA, we had separate vendors for dinner, dessert, plate rental, bartending and floral. She helped make sure all the pieces fit together for a smooth guest experience and kept good relationships with the vendors and PAIKKA. Also her event materials closet (free with her services) is incredible. She provided bud vases and cut and prepped our market flowers to be used as centerpieces, which saved us a ton of money and gave the wedding a local wildflower look. She had recommendations for every need and her staff were all professional. Highly recommend!
