Very unprofessional when it comes to taking responsibility on their mess ups. A wedding is a very important event in a couples life. Not only do they spend so much money on a wedding but they hire these type of people to make the event easier on them and for it to be a magical day. Of course, nothing is perfect but, take responsibility on things you forget to provide and damage. Also, shame on this company for overcharging on adding additional costs for things that were not on the contract….PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Worked with this company last weekend. very professional as far as charging for their services goes, as far as the actual service goes unprofessional and downright childish is the only way to describe it. The owner chooses to put shame on the people who are paying her and instead of doing a simple refund for things that were missing (only a few hundred dollars) decides to be passive aggressive and combative with my wife as well as add fees to cushion the blow of the refund. If you want your wedding to be the day that you have dreamt of your entire life DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Run!

Our wedding was 5.29.22 At Bash in Carmel. This company was horrible they broke our neon sign that we were so excited to have. Left out our floral from our Halo (that was not cheap at all) Renee was so unprofessional didn’t give us our full refund for the things missing because she added extra cost for waiting additional time at our Church that we were not aware of. After talking to serval people that were at Bash while she was setting up they said she was extremely unprofessional and understaffed not prepared at all and acted like she “didn’t care”! Which I agree! After the wedding we talked on the phone with My planner (Sabrina Padron) and Renee and all she did was make excuses and talk about how many other events they had that weekend which I took as her minimizing my event which we paid them a lot for so that doesn’t make sense. I truly don’t recommend them at all!!!!! Save your self a headache. And for the company I truly hope you guys don’t treat all your customers the way you guys treated me and my husband!

Recently had my wedding designed by Atmosphere. Overall, I definitely had a great experience with them, but there were a few things that happened throughout the process that were frustrating. When I first reached out to Atmosphere, I started working with a designer and she was amazing. She knew I had a budget in mind and tried to give me everything I wanted for my wedding while remaining within the budget. She worked a lot with me and I built a great connection with her. About 2 months before my wedding, I stopped hearing back from her. Even when I would reach out, I wouldn’t get a response. After calling Atmosphere and sending emails, about 1.5 months before my wedding, I was told that she had left the company and only then was I told I was assigned a new designer. I had a meeting with the new designer and although she was great as well, the meeting was definitely necessary as many of the details I had previously discussed with the other designer were not apparent. We were able to get mostly back on track with the details after that meeting, although there were new added costs due to details I wasn’t aware of before that put me over my budget, but I went ahead and went with it.
On the day of the wedding, the design of the venue was beautiful and my wife and I were very happy with how it turned out. They finished set up on time for my wife’s family and my family to take pictures before guests arrived. However, one thing that definitely was a big letdown was the fog machine. When I got the fog machine through Atmosphere, I was assured it would fill the floor with fog and would appear as though we were dancing on a cloud. However, during our first dance, the fog was almost non existent and dulled down the moment. Of course, we still had fun and made the best of the moment, but it was definitely frustrating, especially for how expensive it was to rent for a literal 5 minute song.
To sum it up, Atmosphere provides great services and their design is actually great. However, do not get the fog machines from here. In addition, try to stay in contact with your designer fairly often so you can ensure you stay with the same one as a lot of details can get lost when there is a switch. I was honestly struggling between 3 and 4 stars for this review but the fog machine was such a bummer that I couldn’t give it 4, but I definitely enjoyed their services.

Atmospheres Indy is a great décor company! I have worked with them for many years and have never been disappointed with the work they produced for my clientele. They are always at the top of my list when I am asked for recommendations on event decorators. If you are looking for a décor company that is creative and thinks outside the box, they are definitely one to hire!
