Honestly, one of the BEST decisions I made for my wedding day was using 44th & Luxe Events. Heidi did all my prep work and Colleen was there on the day of. They were both absolutely INCREDIBLE!! They both were so sweet and nice but still got everything done, it was as if I was working with a friend I had known for years. They made my day smooth and perfect in every way. If I ever have any kind of event in the future they will hands down be my first phone call!
Hannah and I had such an great experience with Heidi and her team. From the early stages of planning to the day of the wedding, they took care of everything in a professional manner while looking out for what was important to us. Highly recommend using 44th and Luxe!!

Heidi was the absolute best. As the mother of the bride she made the entire process so easy and stress free. She was so professional, organized and accessible. Always answered texts and emails in a very timely manner. Over the year long planning, I really enjoyed talking and meeting up with her. It may sound strange but I am going to miss her. Heidi and her staff made the entire day go so smoothly. They did so much behind the scenes planning and did it with such ease. It truly was a magical day and she made all of my daughter’s dreams come true. Heidi treated it as if it was her own wedding and made us feel so special. Without a doubt it was the best money spent. Thank you again to 44 & Luxe Events for everything!!
If you want a wedding planner that’s extremely organized and totally personable at the same time, Heidi is it. She’s super detail oriented in the best way and comes up with creative solutions for any obstacles. Month of coordination is a huge blessing for your wedding to be the most enjoyable event you’ll have. Worth every penny.
Hire Heidi ASAP! As an OCD bride planning from out-of-town, I knew early on I needed an experienced wedding planner, more detailed than I am, with unending patience, professionalism & poise. Heidi was that and so much more! She came highly recommended by our former venue coordinator, and I truly thank God that we found her and she was available for our day! From the first time Heidi and I spoke, I was impressed by her warmth and professionalism. She is amazingly personable and a true joy to work with. She cared about the little details that were important to my husband and I. Her efforts and attention to detail greatly exceeded our extremely high expectations. We could not have asked for better service than what she provided. I had the utmost confidence in Heidi & was truly at ease the month leading up to our wedding knowing she was in constant contact with our vendors, crossing every T and dotting every I. She was also flexible to add on our rehearsal brunch planning & set-up just two weeks prior. Heidi was quick to respond via text/email, she advocated for me with our venue when issues arose & she and her team seamlessly executed our vision on our wedding day with amazing judgement and class. Heidi was gracious enough to hold our million & one decor items the weekend of our wedding, she returned our rental items to vendors for us since we were immediately leaving town, and she even hand-delivered the important items to us the morning after to our hotel room. Not once did my husband and I feel stressed the day-of, even with schedule changes & a downpour 10min prior to the start of our outdoor ceremony. Heidi actually made sure that I had no idea it was raining! Our bridal party & family are still complimenting her & raving about our beautiful & flawless day. Heidi was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding and I absolutely recommend her to any and everyone who inquires.

Having worked as a wedding coordinator for several years, I was nervous about everything going smoothly for my own wedding. After seeing Heidi in action through styled shoots & networking events, I was confident that I could trust her with my day.

Heidi was truly a dream to work with: responsive, thorough, and all around wonderful . Heidi made the weeks leading up to my wedding a breeze, coordinating with all my vendors, and ensuring I didn’t forget any details (she really kept on me to make sure my vision played out). Even better, my wedding day was 100% stress free…seriously, I didn’t stress about a single thing because she was there. Outside of the man I married, hiring Heidi was the best decision I made on my wedding day!
Hiring 44th & Luxe as my day-of coordinator was without a doubt the best decision I made for my wedding! Heidi took the time to get to know me and my groom and fully understand our vision for the day and the things that mattered most to us. From that very first meeting until the last dance of the night, she made it her priority to fully bring that vision to life flawlessly! In the weeks leading up to our big day she made my life so easy and stress-free with detailed packing lists, timelines and clear communication. She blew me away with how quick she was to respond to emails and texts. Her experience and advice was also incredibly helpful, she was straightforward with me when it came to the places where she thought we could save some money and where it made more sense to invest. I felt she had my back 100%. And on top of all that, she is an absolute joy of a person! She’s sweet, funny and caring – she enhanced our getting ready room with her bubbly personality. My family and friends adored having her around on the big day also – many of them made a point to tell me “that Heidi is amazing!” They are right and I highly recommend hiring her to ensure your wedding day is as special and stress-free as can be!
Heidi and her team were absolutely amazing! From the very first meeting we had with her, it was evident Heidi was detail-oriented, organized, kind-hearted and had an excellent sense of taste. My now-husband and I were indecisive about various wedding elements, but there was never any doubt that we wanted (and needed) Heidi to organize our wedding.
We fell in love with the Little Red Schoolhouse in Indian Hill for our wedding venue. It was a very special space, but it required separate coordination with all of the vendors (rentals, caterer, flowers, musicians, cake, chalkboard artist, etc.) and we were so, so thankful to have Heidi with us every step of the way, helping to keep us sane and to ensure no detail was lost in the process.
On the day of the wedding, I really don’t know what we would have done without Heidi and her team. Heidi truly took care of everything—she contacted all of our vendors and ensured they were where they needed to be at the time they needed to be there, she helped to set up our guest tables (pictured) and they looked even better than I had hoped, she ensured our wedding cake was perfect (pictured), she made sure the grounds and the chairs were how we wanted them and sprinkled flower petals on the aisle (pictured), she coordinated with our wedding party (and with me) to make sure we were all on time, she handled tipping for all of our vendors, and, at the end of the night, she broke down all of the decorations and ensured they were properly organized for pick-up. Also, we had a mini-emergency during our wedding where we lost power and Heidi totally saved the day. It was such a non-event because of her quick response that most of the guests didn’t even notice.
Because of Heidi and her team, my husband and I were able to relax and truly enjoy our wedding day. I’m very thankful to Heidi for all of her hard work and I highly recommend her to help with your wedding— you will be hard-pressed to find anyone better.
